  I own a web design company and outsource all of my design. I am now in a position to have steady work for one or two designers.
  
  What I require of designers is a good, creative .psd with as many revisions as needed to meet the goals.
  
  I am looking for someone who is an out-of-the box designer and believes in clear usability and quick-to-load graphics. Award-winning is good as well.
