  MUST BE ENGLAND/LONDON BASED - ONLY!
  
  Looking for a developer/programmer that is competent with producing HTML emails. I can provide the design/flat mock. The slicing, code generation and testing (cross browser etc) is up to you.
  
  Advice on which mail client(s) to use for sending out the email would be highly advantageous.
  
  Regular work for anybody that is competent.
