Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I am a freelancer looking for a designer/animator that can create for the web. Ideally the person would have some experience with flash and can animate. I have clients in the entertainment industry who are requesting more games and fluff for their marketing campaigns, and need someone with some experience generating elements for these things. Flash intros are still big (for some reason) and generation of vector assets always helps in the development.
  
  I am looking for someone LOCAL to collaborate with. I use a couple of vendors now, but still can't seem to get everything done. What I mean to say is that there is more work than i can take on - from banners to games to websites. If you are interested AND have some experience dealing with the entertainment studios (they are demanding and want things yesterday), drop me a line.
