Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am a freelancer that may be getting in a little over his head. I have jobs in the entertainment industry that span banner campaigns, flash games, and micro/full websites. A little too much for one person to handle. I contract out the design work to save time, and have a few programmers, but I am dealing more and more with clients that just eat up the day.
  
  I am looking for someone LOCAL that is interested in starting a long term partnership. This could mean you still have a day job, and just pull nights. Just so long as we hit deadlines I do not care. I can assist with the programming, but you know the story about too many cooks.
  
  If you are interested, let me know. This is for someone who had had some experience in dealing with the studios.
