Designer looking for an Entrepreneur for long-term partnership

  I am a high quality, professional freelance designer looking for clients who believe in "What you pay for is what you get" and that are willing to pay excellent money for designs. I am a designer that does all the research, development, and process for the client so I am expecting a fair value from these clients. I will pay the marketing/sales person a percentage of each design earnings on a per project basis. I want someone who is a good "people person" that can sell design well. Someone with some knowledge of the professional industry and who knows the guidelines of the graphic artist guild would be preferred or at least know the concept of no-spec. Someone who can cold call clients and talk about the design process with them if I give the info would be excellent for the job. Also, I cannot travel however and will need to telecomute the design work online. This may be a bit of a challenge in finding clients.
