Programmer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  We're a new marketing and communications startup in the UK offering various digital solutions. We are looking to maintain relationships with various freelance programmers.
  
  Our core product is being developed in-house over the next few months, but we will have additional web development work available that exceeds our in-house capacity.
  
  You'll be comfortable creating websites from designs, and well-versed in the mystic arts of cross-browser testing, accessibility and standards complient markup. You'll primarily be a PHP developer armed with the usual skills involved in taking a design (or templates) and making it a reality.
  
  We create sites with content management as a key feature - if you're happy simply deploying one of the well-known cms solutions, then that's fine with us.
