Im looking for a programmer partner to start projects with, the idea i have in mind its an exchange of services, i have my own clients and incoming flow of work for design so you should have it too.
Ive been having a lot of work this last weeks that consume all my time, i want to start some personal projects and dont have the time to program them myself, theres where you enter, basically what im looking for its a programmer like me in his area, with already an income of work with i can exchange services with.
For example, right now i need a little listing for a small personal car site, you will program it and i can design something for a project youre developing or something you have in mind to build soon, also im good at flash(as2) to in case you need something done, all are personal projects, not client ones, in case you want to know, but once in a while some programming work for a client project its needed and there you can enter as a paid job.
Asking for rails or cakephp because with a framework the project development rules and structure is kind of the same and understandable by myself or another programmer if needed later.
