Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  I have a javascript problem that I need help with. I've got it working in Firefox (Mac/Win) and Safari (Mac/Win), but good ol' IE is causing me problems.

  Basically the navigation arrows don't show and the links below the images are not working. Also, when there are more than 2 lines of images the screen does not extend to fit them.
  
  Take a look in Firefox to see what it *should* look like and do, and then IE to see what is not working.
  
  And, of course, this is a bit of a hurry job.
  
  Please reply with your offer and a couple examples of your Javascript-related work.
