  YES.com is looking for a passionate programmer who loves music and IM to join the team and help build out our website.
  
  This is a great opportunity to get involved with a start-up and significantly contribute to its future. You'll be working with leaders in the field and cool cutting-edge technology.
  
  The lucky person must:
  *know CSS and deeply understand the box model
  *be very familiar with coding and compatibilities between IE, FF, Safari, and Opera
  *know JS/DHTML and enjoy a blend of structure and flexibility (each have their own place)
  *enjoy working ad-hoc with a small team and comfortable changing directions on the fly
  *have a deep sense of sharing and openness and courage to stand up or back down when necessary
  *love IM (and know the difference between Jabber and the rest)
