Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  Hello,
  
  I'm looking for an experienced Flash/Actionscript developer who can build my new portfolio website. I will be doing all the design work and so it will just have to be implemented in Flash. The interface needs to be similar to the circlular/wheel structure used on www.dvein.com.
  
  Other factors that need to be considered:
  - Should be relatively easy to add new work to the porfolio, by categories (web design, branding etc) and under separate groups depending on the client
  - The site needs to be elastic depending on the screen size of the visitor (so it would look just as good on a large resolution screen as it would on a smaller screen)
