Programmer looking for an Entrepreneur for long-term partnership

  I am looking for someone that would like to help assist me on a website that I have built. Currently it has almost 200 members and I am looking to push it to generate income through ads or whatever other source there is. I am a programmer, but have limited knowledge about seo, marketing and stuff so looking for help with that.
  
  The website is based around creating youtube playlists that you can put on other sites like myspace or facebook, or download to your ipod.
  
  I dont have money up front, but am willing to split income that the site makes based on your efforts.
