  YOU: Programmer/Entrepreneur, have 5-10yrs experience, preferably including agency experience, motivated, reliable, honest, enjoy spending your spare time programming, interested in and can build social networking websites, you must be based in London.
  
  ME: Marketer/Entrepreneur, have 7 years online marketing and design experience including working with developers, motivated, focused, have lots of ideas.
