Programmer looking for a Designer for a few jobs

  I need a site layout designed as well as 10-15 sub pages. All content on each subpage is already defined just need to make it look good on your layout / etc. Some pages will be general templates (ie: text, something that I can copy and reuse elsewhere).
  
  I would like to be satisfied with what I'm getting so a gracious revision policy would be preferred.
  
  I can pay, up to about 800$.
  
  Please reply with an email or a website where I can contact you outside of PMD. Showing examples of your work will also help.
  
  The site is professional. A hybrid company site sort of along with a shopping cart (again sort of).
  
  No set design elements in stone yet so pretty much an open canvas.
