Programmer looking for a Designer for a few jobs

  We´re a hot new yet unreleased startup. We already have several layouts and a working demo, but none of us are UI or Design experts, and we need one! We have received seed fund investment, and this is ... What We Need:
  
  * Expert at UI and web design. Data visualization / dashboard design experience a plus.
  * Photoshop, CSS, HTML required. Light javascript and PHP experience would be nice.
  * Complex info, great usability. Design and UI to change the world.
