Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  Hi.
  
  I am looking for someone to take my Photoshop designs (in well-organized layers with labels and notations) and turn them into clean CSS/XHTML. This particular site is my personal design portfolio and would require a ligthbox javascript installed as well.
  
  This is my first ever posting on these forums, though I have used other programmer freelance sites before with mixed success. I would love to find a developer to work with long term who can take my .PSDs and turn them into nicely coded CSS. I am very laid back and easy to work with and I hope to find someone who is like minded.
