Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  We are looking to put together a totally new format to a web 2.0 site but no not have the technical knowledge to do it ourselves. This would be a long term partnership for a percentage in the company, with possible move to California in Summer 2009 for launch to maximise it's potential.
