Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

• Required Knowledge

  I am looking for a developer or team that are able to produce tabless css / xhtml front end with a strong solid back end development in php and mysql. You should be able to also use javascsript libaries and be familiar with advanced development applications such as cms and commerce systems. I also require that you have extensive testing knowledge, any projects that I do work with a developer on have to be to a high standard, validate using web standards and be bug free.
  
  I am looking for an individual or group of people to have as a pool for any work that I do not have the resources to handle - this is happening more and more as a result of a strong client base I've developed.
  
  This is not a design job but you would be expected to work to a design and have a critical eye for detail on any work you do using design guidelines. Designs would be provided in psd so you have to be able to handle these. Knowledge of word press would also be an advantage. The right individual or group would find a steady stream of work.

  Needs to know: php, mysql, javascript, ajax, web standards, css, xhtml, html.
  
  Communication: I need to have IM and preferably also skype access during working hours if you are working with me. I also use base camp as a means of project management.
