  ~ Under no circumstances there must not be an overload of (graphical) elements.
  
  (e.g. Fonts for texts and information has to be big in size and should be easily recognized).
  
  ~ The site should look like "high-class" without being extravagant/luxurious.
  
  ~ The design should be a very lttle bit mor geared towards female audience, without being "rude" to men (lol)

  * Please, please: Design iteratively (I wont pay if the invoice is attached to your 1st delivery!!!)
  
  * Design is a turnkey for me (I will only go on if the design is satisfying me).
  
  * There is no company behind the "project" (yet). At the moment it is just an idea of a single person. (yep, me :).
