Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I run a great web development company that is growing quickly. I need a right-hand man or woman to help me grow the company. Our biggest liability is we lack development support. I need someone to help BUILD the sites (usually 4-6 sites per month). To give you a sense of the workload, I can show you our CRM.
  
  You need to be available every Weekday. You need to be motivated. You need to have a passion for quality websites.
  
  I am looking for a web architect -- someone with both decent design skills but (perhaps more importantly) great PHP/MySQL development skills. Every site we do is Drupal -- so special points will be given to those who know Drupal inside and out.
  
  You will be paid $2,000 a month STARTING on contract with room to grow. If you impress me, you'll also be brought into my side projects. I've always got something going on and you'll have a chance to make a lot more residual money by helping me grow the company.
  
  (Note: this is not an "hourly" pay job. It's a contract job. But you'll need to commit 5-8 hours every weekday. If you work hard and you're smart, you can cut back the hours. Just get the work done -- that's all that matters.)
