Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  Basically I'm looking to start a partnership where we work together to find jobs. You design and I code them. We will split all profits 50/50 unless something comes up where we're doing just a design job or just a code job. In that circumstance, we'd do 100% to the one who does the work.
  
  Those interested must be dedicated and fun to work with. I want someone that's going to take this seriously, but isn't going to be a humorless prick. Let's have some fun, shall we?
  
  I already picked out a name and purchased domain and hosting (Creo Multimedia; http://creomultimedia.com), but I'm more than willing to come up with something else and just buy a new domain name and use the existing server.
  
  Please note- I am NOT looking for someone to dump extra work on and I am NOT looking a designer to do a quick job or two. This will be a long term thing hopefully we'll make a good bit of money from it all. The only reason I point this out is that there's always someone out there who gets the wrong idea about these kinds of listings.
