  Hello! I'm a web & graphic designer that loves to design but can't program. I'm working on learning php, but for now I need to make friends with a reliable, smart programmer that can take care of what I can't. I have a few jobs coming up that will definitely require more PHP than I know. Price will depend on what is necessary for each job, but if you could send me your hourly rate and about how much it would be for a contact form and an file uploader that would be awesome.
