Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  - LAMP stack environment (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)
  - PHP 5, MySQL, JavaScript (AJAX), HTML, CSS (or analogous languages)
  
  Pluses if you are:
  - familiar with Twitter and its API

  The state of microblogging is analogous to the social networking space circa 2003, shortly before the immense popularity of sites like MySpace and Facebook. We are building a service that will leverage this impending shift in user habits and completely change how we interact during live events.
  
  We are looking for a talented developer to join our team as a co-founder. We have plans to seek capital, but would first like to round out our founding team and begin to develop a prototype. Once funding, acquisition, or revenue has been generated, a generous salary package will also be included with the equity you receive. Please reply if you:
  
  - Have a deep knowledge of designing and implementing robust, scalable web applications
  - Are comfortable and capable of learning and working with new technologies on the fly
  - Are passionate about working to create value for users
