Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  We need a web design for an event management website. There are roughly 10 different and representative pages that need a design, see attached doc with screen shoots. The current design is temporary and the new design may be totally different.
  
  We already have a functional web application (see http://events.marklunds.com/?locale=en). What we need delivered is the XHTML/CSS for a new design. Preferably we'd like the markup to be valid XHTML strict. The design needs to work in all modern browsers, but IE 6, IE 7, and Firefox on Windows are a priority. We also need a logotype, and if you can help us with that it's a plus. Here is an example of a webdesign that we like:

  In terms of style, we prioritize a clear, usable, and functional design over something flashy. If your offer is selected we will schedule a conference call where we explain the functionality of the site and provide examples of other designs that we like.
  
  Time frame for delivery:
