Designer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  Hi there,
  
  Im looking for a good web designer, i do not need coding/html/css just design, you need to be creative, know the inners of photoshop(drawing is a plus) and good with working on a deadline.
  
  The usual project consist(but not limited to) of a frontpage and 3-4 subpages(about, contact,etc), but this doesnt mean that i want a template designer, check out http://cssmania.com and http://cssremix.com to see what kind of designer i need and what you need to be capable of.
  
  At the end of the project when approved ill need a well layered and organized PSD file, payment methods can be discussed later if interested, im looking for someone that its looking for continuous incoming projects so please keep that in mind.
