Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I'm looking to create a relationship with an experienced PHP/MySQL programmer, who has had experience with deploying Drupal.
  
  I'm an Art Director and Designer and deploy customized webdesigns with Drupal as the CMS to a variety of clients.
  
  I'm based in Cape Cod, Massachussetts, USA. You can live anywhere in world, provided that you are easily accessible throughout the week via email, IM and/or telephone.
  
  You would be responsible for taking the design mockups and creating the custom theme after client approval. You would also be responsible for all CMS functionality and some level of customization to the functionality of the modules. Familiarity with a range of Drupal modules is ideal. The websites range across a lot of fields of work and don't fit in any particular vertical.
