I need to reorganize my websites and set them up for maximum usefullness for visitors and maximum attractiveness to Google. I presently have two important sites, carolina-disability.com and dir.social-security-disability.com. I have also just purchased disabilitydoc.com.
Project 1: Move the forum, now at http://www.carolina-disability.com/discus/messages/board-topics.html, over to a set of subpages at social-security-disability.com. Why? a. Each of the pages of the forum used to be rated high on google. Then some durned robot spammers dumped junk on my pages and so the pages have been grayed out in the value bar, banned from Google I think. I have fixed that by requiring a captua but the pages remain banned. I want to move the content somewhere else, to shed the ban, or do whatever works to shed the ban. b. I want to move the material that is of general interest to all disabled people to social-security-disability.com, trying to make that website as interesting as possible to the general disabled population and to Google when those terms are searched. When all this is done, I would expect the ban to be lifted. The links

Create a doorway page at www.social-security-disability.com that is essentially like the one at carolina-disability.com, to appeal to just that crowd, and to maximize ranking for social security disability search words at google. I know what keywords I want. To cause the folks who happen to be from the Carolinas to go to our carolina-disability homepage. It should link into the forum as now the page at carolina-disability does.
3. Change the carolina-disability homepage. This is a critical page. It is going to serve 3 functions: a. to maximize google ranking for search words for someone who is searching for social security disability and related questions in the carolinas. Again, I know what keywords I want. b. To project a good front door for the law firm. c. to cause people who are thinking about hiring a disability lawyer to convert, that is, to call us on the phone, or as a second and third choice to email us or use live chat.
Each of these pages should link back to the other in a way to maximize the Google ratings transfer. If you don't understand what that means, don't apply for this job.
The disabilitydoc.com pages should be arranged to maximize ratings transfer, too.
Finally, every pixel and word on every page should be ruthlessly but fairly designed to maximize my presentation to Google, with proper frequency, etc. Note how, in the otherwise clunky source of carolina-disability.com, the middle section, with the keywords, is first because of the table arrangement. Every word in the middle section is designed to maximize keyword appeal.
4. My current online chat, when offline, does not force the emailer to give me their phone number, city and state. I need this.
