  Need to create a flash graphic similar to:

  Would be great if we could control the text that is displayed with XML! Does not have to "fade in and out" -- can just appear.
  
  Would like it to be better looking, more eye-catching. It's up to you to find a fantastic sign stock photography to lay the text over. Will fit on mn.eshilon.com -- full width of the page.
