Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for a few jobs

  We are an Israeli company that is looking for a great designer to do some work for us. We need highly creative individual with previous experience designing websites and logos for web 2.0 startups.
  
  Ideally, the candidate should have 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design. A strong appreciation to standards, usability, typography & elegant solutions.
  
  We expect the designer to work remotely so self motivation and appreciation for deadlines is a must.
  
  Our schedule is tight, so only those that can start working right away should contact us.
