Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I am looking for a new, enthusiastic designer looking to make their mark on the web. Currently, I am working on a personal publishing system that has the potential to spawn into a full scale open source project and looking for a designer to give it the professional look and feel it will need.
  
  As is the nature of such a project, I cannot offer any upfront payment, but am willing to split any profits that come from it.
  
  Additionally, I am looking for someone who will become a long term partner as more projects arise.
  
  Payment will always be profit sharing.
