Programmer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  Looking for someone to build a flash based flv player such as the one on my site: http://www.jamzee.com.
  
  The difference however is that it will be using the new youtube api in the flash player, instead of flash's built in video player and be able to take an xml playlist in to load the movies from.
  
  Also needs to be able to dynamically add and remove items to the playlist that is already loaded in the player(I can handle updating the playlist on the database)
