In order to encourage excellent template design, we increase your royalty as you sell more templates in a month:
  
  First 3 templates @ 20%
  Templates 4-7 @ 25%
  Templates 8+ @ 30%
  
  On May 1, we will be launching this new template website for a fast-growing shopping-cart system. This shopping cart system already has over 10,000 users and more are added daily. However, there currently isn't anyone selling templates for these shopping carts. We are working directly with the shopping-cart company who have specifically requested a site like this to be created and who have committed to helping us market it to their current and future customers.
  
  Now, in order to launch the site with a healthy selection of templates, we will offer a special royalty rate of 35% on any templates submitted before April 30th. This royalty rate will stay in effect for one whole year, so don't miss this great opportunity!
