Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I have an idea for an internet advertising/networking company for small businesses who don't wish to have their own website or to help promote web traffic to their site. I need someone to design and program the site. Compensation will be based on a percentage of the profits for the duration of the partnership. I need this site up and running asap as I already have small business owners interested in utilizing my services.
