Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for 1 job

  I need someone to develop a flash banner for my company with dimensions of 190pxw x 300pxh. This flash banner needs only to be simple (fly by text and maybe a few tweens here and there) but of course needs to be professional and classy. I would like (3) separate ones done - one to target commercial clients, one to target residential clients, and another to target both. The variances in each one do not need to be large... just wording. I would like these three to randomly load on page refreshes (cycling).
  
  I need this done by April 18, 2008. I can supply the logo, general texts, etc. and I am willing to listen to general ideas for the presentation from another designer/programmer.
