Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I need a PHP developer who knows how to interface with MySQL and knows intermediate HTML and CSS for a long-term relationship. There will be little and big projects here and there and you may be required to work with other PHP developers at times. I am looking for people I can add to my Rolodex for on-call programming on a demand-basis... just simply being online often on an IM program is all that's necessary so I can say, "Hey, I have a client that needs this functionality... will you do it for X or what will you charge for this."
