Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  eew! DESIGN a small start up design/animation studio is looking for a 'joint venture' partnership from a like minded individual or individuals in order to help grow/establish the studio.
  
  This is not to be confused with eew! DESIGN farming out work to designers/developers, but instead, the merging of skills, clients and work loads.
  
  There is not set instruction as to how this 'partnership' can and will happen, so happy for any feeback, comments and suggestions.
  
  Eager for this to happen sooner rather than later, so ambition and drive is essential.
