  Role Description
  
  Activities and responsibilities of this role include:
  o Write, test and document application code according to business requirements.
  o Meet deadlines and provide status reports as necessary.
  o Troubleshoot and debug faulty systems.
  
  Qualifications and Experience
  
  The successful candidate will have a strong mix of the following skills and experience:
  o Experience in early-stage ventures and understanding of the specific goals and challenges of that environment.
  o Minimum 2 years LAMP development.
  o Strong knowledge of PHP5, OOP, XML, Javascript (including AJAX), XHTML and CSS.
  o Good understanding of software architecture design patterns.
  o Solid knowledge of Linux, Apache and MySQL.
  o Experience with web services, SaaS preferred.
  o Familiarity with Subversion or CVS.
  o Ability to adhere strictly to deadlines
  o Strong communication and organisation skills; good written and spoken English.
  Salary and Benefits
  o GBP 30k - 50k depending on experience
  o Participation in the Employee Bonus and Option Scheme
  o Central London location
