Programmer looking for a Designer for a few jobs

  I'm just trying to find designers who I could work with to create a design.
  
  There are some web pages I can show you for inspiration (of what not to do, since they are horrible, but the same concept). I have some improvements and some ideas of my own but anything is up as long as it works.
  
  A small portion is user login / register pages / something like a shopping cart / and some site specific things I don't want to detail in this post.
  
  Id like it coded and multiple pages (around 15-20) . I already have most (if not) all of the pages planned (coded even) but I need it to look and work good.
  
  Someone who is easy to work with who doesn't enforce an extreme fee for minor revisions / changes / etc. Also has to be forgiving because I have not worked with a designer in this context before (ie: I'm not accustomed to formal processes / etc).
  
  Time is not a huge issue but I'd need work to be at least started in a reasonable time.
