  Welcome form giving user the option to Add (Property, Seller, Buyer) or Search (Property, Seller, Buyer)
  3 Main Data Entry Forms - Property, Seller, Buyer
  3 Search forms, one each for Property, Seller & Buyer, all having the ability to search on all fields of the forms
  Upon searching, one can view multiple records, and edit any field in any record on the form by double-clicking on the record or selecting and clicking Modify button
  Search Results can be extracted in Excel
