Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I'm not into name-dropping. Anything you can use to build a fast, stable, responsive and dynamic community-powered website is fine. PHP or Ruby, your call. Some Javascript is also nice. But NO name-dropping.
  
• Additional Info

  I have a travel/tourism-related website in mind. It has a concrete purpose (I really needed something just like it a couple weeks ago and couldn't find any) and a simple and straightforward business model, which I think should be guaranteed to generate a nice revenue.
  
  (It's not another 'blog your travel' community. It's more business oriented, but the community will play a key role on it)
  
  I don't think it will make us rich, but it's a good starting point to build some funding for other good ideas (honest!) that I'm saving for the right partner. They all overlap in some way, too, so I think it will be interesting to see how it all develops.
  
  I am NOT interested in services from freelance companies or individuals. I'm looking for a long-term partnership. A good programmer who I can brainstorm with and develop a friendly relationship to get things going.
  
  I'd like to see signals of some previous experience as well, though it's not required. I have an online portfolio which I can show you if you're interested.
