Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I'm a serial entrepreneur looking to start a new business venture. My background is rich in business and design - both academically and through practice (this is my 3rd eVenture). I'm looking for a talented, hard working, self-starting, ethical and responsible PHP or Ruby On Rails programmer to partner with. At first, compensation will be purely equity - a percentage ownership in the company. Once the company starts to become profitable, a compensation package (including salary and benefits) will be avalible.
