Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I have discovered that I can not work on projects alone. I have several good ideas, most in early stages of development. Would be nice to find a partner for one of those ideas, but specifically, at the moment, I have started to be interested in casual flash games. I would like to create a simple casual RPG. I don't know about the potential for monetarization - could just be a hobby thing, but then at least it would be good for getting to know each other and perhaps move on to greater things afterwards.
  
  I will probably have to work on this on the side at first, but ultimately, I would be willing to dedicate 2-3 months fulltime.
  
  I can do the programming, but I can't do graphics design. Need a designer, but that person should also generally be interested in making the game a success (watch the casual games scene, think about marketing, and so on). Shares would have to be negotiated depending on the degree up to which you want to be involved.
  
  Also, I have never programmed Flash before, but I am not too concerned about that. My somewhat arrogant impression is that I might still be able to do a better game than most of the current competition.
