Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I'm putting together a startup based around mobile instant messaging and chat. I'm looking for a designer to design our chat clients on a multitude of mobile platforms as well as a web application. This is equity only and I see this role expanding into more of a creative director role as we move forward. I've been doing the large bulk of the development (I'm a developer with an MBA) working with a team of 3 other developers.
  
  We're still pre-funding all working for equity only - equity distribution is still being worked out so everything is negotiable.
