Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I'm looking for a talented and ambitious graphic/web designer to be a 50/50 partner in forming a web design and hosting agency in Glasgow, Scotland.
  
  Ideally, you will be highly skilled in Photoshop and will be able to produce great layouts quickly. If you've got at least a working knowledge of XHTML/CSS so much the better. A flair for the business side of things would be great as well, especially marketing.
  
  I'm an object oriented PHP developer with 5-6 years experience and have had lots of practice in setting up hosting environments on both Linux and Windows servers (...it being my current day job).
  
  It's obviously not imperative that you be based in Glasgow, so I'll accept any offers from anyone based in the UK.
