Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  I have a PSD template that I need coded in html with CSS and also for the designer to help me make multiple (5 i think) supbages with an editable area.
  
  I would prefer this done in a good combination of html and CSS. Not exactly sure what this work cost but I dont think it takes too long for a good coder.
