Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Hi,
  
  We have many customers that require a system to be able to update their own site and change information etc. We understand that CMS systems like Joomla etc can be used however, it maybe too advanced.
  
  We looking for AN ALREADY EXISTING CMS SYSTEM that you have created yourself, that our designer can constantly provide different skins (designs) for, and can be implemented into the system. The backend does not have to be skinned or changed, just the front and allow the customer to login, and change whatever they require to.
  
  PLEASE make sure that you have an already existing system in place, that is YOURS that we can discuss a fee for offering this service to our customer and come to some form of license agreement.
  
  We would of course prefer to brand this CMS system under our own brand name as we are heavily marketing all types of services and cannot have links back to other sites/systems as this will cause confusion.
  
  This is a long term partnership as you will always be required to assist with the implementation, customizations and the skins etc. Our designer would need to be informed how to make the skins according to your standards so that it can easily implemented.
