Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  ajax a plus, but not necessary

  Hi everyone,
  
  We have a site running the socialengine platform. We need a few plugins done for the site.
  
  SOme of the plugins do not require full compatibility with the smarrty engine but merely just to grab users data (i.e. they login to the main page, they are logged into the additional plugins whcih i am requesting)
  
  The plugins are :
  
  Media plugin:
  
  allows users to upload either videos, pics or links
  
  videos displayed on one page in 1 column straight down
  pics in another section (link) displayed in one column as above and links displayed the same way
  
  ability to have categories for vids and pics
  videos are listed like a blog but on date order (for more info see college humour vids section, that is essentially the idea we want in terms of layout, simplicity and ease of use)
  
  media must be able to be voted on, and shared. like "share on facebook, etc"
  
  for the vids section, we want ppl to be able to upload or embed video.
