  hello i manage smashchatter.com which i called brett35 but im looking for a partner that would like to help me build this site, this site is a php site where i just have a lot of content and we keep building from there, i want to be able to have my users upload files and i want to have a content management system soon. I want a partner that will help me in just adding content, be an active member in the forums, and make an changes at all becasue i have a domain name and i would like to do stuff with it and so far im doing alright, but i would like more.
