Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  I need a programmer to put together a site I'm designing for our company, a small clothing company. We're mostly looking to create a clean and simple website with galleries of our products. We are also thinking about incorporating flash however it's not necessary if we can get the look we're going for using other methods.
  
  We have samples and mockups, so at this point all we need is someone to bring it together smoothly.
