Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  css,html,javascript,photoshop,usability
  
• Additional Info

  - Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  - Should be well-versed in Web standards
  - Need to be aware of browser inconsistencies and should be able to create designs that are browser agnostic
  - javascript might be helpful, but not mandatory
  - Should have some usability design experience
  
  I am a programmer working on a music website. The website will launched in 3-4 phases this year. So i need a designer who can stick around for a while.
