Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I have founded a small design agency in the Netherlands. Our core services consist of:
  
  - Corporate Design: Logo's & identities
  - Webdesign
  - Print design: Such as Brochures, flyers
  - Illustration
  
  I am a designer and I don't know much about programming. I do understand the basics of HTML and CSS. At the moment I am working with one indifidual who helps me with the development of websites. I am looking for 1 extra partner who can assist my agency in webdevelopment. I can't guarantee work on a monthly base, because I just started the agency.
  
  Your profile:
  You should have at least 2 years experience in webdevelopment. You can work with photoshop.
  You have a good feel for style and detail
  You are flexible and openminded
  If needed, you can profide designs also
  Knowing wordpress is a pre
  Knowing Flash is a pre
  Knowing SEO and/or SEA is a major pre
  Speaking dutch is also a major pre
  
  Your main tasks:
  Slicing up designs from photoshop
  implementing sliced designs into HTML, CSS, Flash
  Developing/designing interactive menu's with flash/javascript
  Developing CMS for clients
